If you have submitted an application already, please include information such the name of the traveler and the email address in order to assist us in locating your purchase. If you have submitted multiple applications, we ask you to provide the information above for each of the travelers/applicants.

Our Billing Department can assist you with inquiries regarding cancellations or payments. In your email, please include information such as the full name of the traveler, their email address, and date of purchase. Please include the same information for all applicants if more applications are submitted. If you contact your bank or credit card company, you have to take into account further delays. All payment-related issues are handled by our Billing Department and we will respond within 1 business day at the earliest.
