Even if your ESTA application is approved, it is only an authorization to travel to the US port of entry. It does not guarantee entry into the US. The final decision lies with the Customs and Immigration Officer when you arrive at the border. We do not take any responsibility for losses incurred if a decision is made to decline your entry.

You can request a refund if you do not find the service we provide to be satisfactory.
